The documents won't open/are corrupt.

Our report documents are created using Microsoft Word. If the content seems to be corrupt, garbled or you can't open the document, don't panic. There are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the problem and save yourself some time.

  1. Re-download the product from your account - A partially downloaded file is often the problem.
  2. Make sure your version of Word (OpenOffice or whatever you are using to open doc files) is up to date and can open both .doc and docx.
  3. Re-save the document - Although this rarely happens, sometimes a document appears to have been saved in one format but was actually saved in another. (Hint: You can't save a document in .docx format and simply change the format by manually changing the extension name to doc.)

If these tips and tricks don't fix things for you, please submit a ticket, giving as much detail as possible.
