I tried to reset my password, but the email never arrived.

If you don’t find the password reset email from us, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t see an email from us, you may have unsubscribed from receiving emails from Melissa, therefore the system will not send you any email - including the password reset email.
To reset your password, please submit a ticket or call 888-966-9115 and leave us a voicemail message with your request for a new password, and we'll manually reset it for you.
