How do I get a refund?

We offer a 30-day refund policy on most of our products. Our coaching packages as well as some of our products & services are non-refundable.  If you would like to request a refund, please submit a ticket and include the following information in the ticket:

  • Date of purchase
  • Name of the product
  • The name & PayPal address you ordered with
  • Your Receipt / Transaction number
