If you paid for your subscription with a credit card:
If your subscription is funded with a credit card, please open a support ticket and our staff will be happy to help you cancel.
If you paid for your subscription with PayPal:
If you are paying for a monthly or annual membership through your PayPal account, you will need to cancel your subscription from within that account. Here's how....
1. Log into your PayPal account
2. Click PROFILE and select Profile and Settings from the dropdown menu.
3. Click MY MONEY
4. Click MY PRE-APPROVED PAYMENTS
5. Click UPDATE (located to the right of the pre-approved payment section)
6. Click the subscription you wish to cancel.
7. Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
8. Confirm the cancellation by clicking CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION again.
9. Repeat for all subscriptions you wish to cancel.
IMPORTANT: To avoid being rebilled, please cancel 48-72 hours prior to the next scheduled payment date!
