If you purchased an item, but did not receive the email with your logins to download your item, here's what may have happened:
1) The download email is still on its way to you. It can take 10-15 minutes for our system to send you the email with your login details. If we're experiencing an especially high-volume of traffic, because of a special promotion for instance, it may take as long as 30 minutes for our system to get that email sent out to you.
2) If you've been waiting for at least 30 minutes for your download email to show up in your inbox, chances are the email was filtered. You may want to check your spam or trash folder, and in Gmail, check your promotions tab for the email.
If you do find the email there, please add email@example.com to your whitelist in your email account. This will ensure our reply as well as future emails do not get filtered.
3) If you still don't see your download email, and you remember the email you used when ordering your product, you can simply reset your password.
Click here to access the members login page. Then, click the "lost your password" link to do a reset. You'll need to enter the email address you used during your purchase.
*IMPORTANT: If you paid with PayPal, your login email will be your PayPal email address!
If you do not know which email is associated with your account, or you don't receive the password reset email within a reasonable time frame, please submit a support ticket - and let us know the name of the product you ordered and your PayPal address or transaction ID so we can find the order and assist you.
